Adrian Ruiz‐Grossman

Vice President

Adrian is a Vice President with CohnReznick Capital and is based in the in San Francisco office. He has 4+ years of experience in solar and wind tax equity and debt financing transactions, including asset sale and M&A mandates. Since joining CohnReznick Capital in 2015, he has assisted clients in acquiring and financing 1+GW of wind and solar transactions.

Adrian has deep experience in financial modeling of complex tax equity structures, including yield-based and calendar-dated partnership flips, sale leasebacks, project-level and back-leverage debt, as well as M&A valuations including structured upper-tier partnerships, for PTC and ITC transactions.

Before joining CohnReznick Capital, Adrian worked for Banco Santander’s tax equity team, where he supported all aspects of the transaction cycle, including origination, pricing, structuring, due diligence, documentation and execution of 500+MW in solar and wind projects, investing over $400MM.

Adrian earned a B.S. in Business Administration and Finance from the European University of Madrid and an ACP in Project Management and International Finance from the University of California Irvine.
