Hamilton is an Analyst with CohnReznick Capital and is based in the San Francisco office. He provides financial advisory and transaction management services for structured finance, asset and corporate M&A, and corporate capital raises in the renewable energy sector. Hamilton joined CohnReznick from Level Solar, where he was responsible for business development of community programs, community solar, and commercial solar.
While attending graduate school, Hamilton held several internships and consultancies, most notably, with the NYSERDA, implementing community solar regulation, and with SunEdison, developing an Excel-based tool to assist in the company’s deployment of storage and electric vehicle charging technology. Prior to returning to school, Hamilton worked as a Consultant at Terra Mentis Environmental Consulting, specializing in oil and gas risk assessment.
Hamilton holds a Masters in Global Energy Policy and Finance from Columbia University in New York and a Bachelors of Arts, magna cum laude, from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
