Manish is a Managing Director in CohnReznick Capital’s New York office. Manish’s focus is on buy-side advisory (M&A and tax equity) and full-stack capital raising. He has broad expertise across onshore and offshore wind and all types of solar (utility, residential, commercial, and community) transactions. Manish has served as financial advisor or investor on over fifty-five clean energy M&A and project financings, for an aggregate of 9GW of capacity and $11 billion of capital in the clean energy sector.
Manish also leads the firm’s consulting, modeling & structuring team, a group that focuses on complex modeling, providing innovative structuring solutions, and establishing broader product expertise and training with clients.
Manish has over fifteen years of investment banking experience. He was previously with Bank of America as a Director on their Renewable Energy Finance team, where he structured and led the quantitative analysis on tax equity and debt project financings. Manish also worked at Citigroup as part of their Alternative Energy Finance team in an advisory and principal investment role.
Before he began a career in banking, Manish served as a Lieutenant in the U.S. Navy. Manish has an MBA from the University of North Carolina and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Duke University.
