Manish is a Managing Director in CohnReznick Capital’s New York office. Manish’s focus is on buy-side advisory and full-stack (equity, tax equity & debt) capital raising. He has a core focus on utility-scale wind and solar projects, but has also advised on transactions in the residential and commercial-scale solar space. Manish has served as financial advisor or investor on over thirty equity, debt, and lease closings of more than 7GW capacity and $8 billion of capital in the clean energy sector.
Manish also leads the firm’s internal Modeling & Structuring team, a group that focuses on complex modeling, providing innovative structuring solutions, and establishing broader product expertise and training with our clients.
Manish has over ten years of investment banking experience. He was previously with Bank of America as a Director on their Renewable Energy Finance team. At Bank of America, Manish structured and led the quantitative analysis on over $1.5 billion in tax equity and debt principal investments. Manish also previously worked at Citigroup on their Renewable Energy Finance team in an advisory and principal investment role.
Before he began a career in banking, Manish served as a Lieutenant in the U.S. Navy. Manish has an MBA from the University of North Carolina and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Duke University.
